Risa, re your GF - potatoes and turkey b

burgers --- just curious. why do you flip over the potatoes and burgers when using the GF grill? Sometimes I find myself moving something from the bottom (doesn't brown quite as well - certain foods) to the top ... but I don't think I've ever flipped. Noticed this once before but never got around to writing.

I'm not complaining - just questioning.

Enjoy reading a lot of the recipes .... but right now we're not cooking much.
