Since you're a fan of Mexican..
Misc.you might like the Mexican Lasagna recipe I posted on here before, BG. It's
great in that you put all the ingredients in the pan raw (including noodles &
meat), can prepare it ahead & keep in the fridge till you pop it in the oven
for 1-1/2 hours. Its also a great dish for casual dinners cus once its
cooking, you're free and dont even need to check it.
I'm having brain freeze as I just got home from spending the day with the 2nd
grade class and cant think of any other ideas.. will post as they come to me -
lol!
