I can't help but admiring your energy and effort that you put in your family. There are so many "good mums" here on TKL... I love maxican food as well but it is pricy here in Australia. (I'd say about 3-4 times higher than US and the quality isn't as good, either.) If you or anyone out there have a good recipe to share, I'd like to try. Sorry, I don't have anything "quick-to-fix" at the moment to share with you. (Maybe I will think of some later...) By the way, I've changed to "eggy from "michelle". It's my nickname and easier to type.

By the way, since you are so busy with the baseball season, don't bother to look up that crisp bread recipe for me now. ^_^
