Some ideas for Jess/Canada re: Chili dinner

Misc.
Hi Jess:-) You could serve manyhats Creamy White Chili, as well as a more traditional meat chili such as Gina's. Serve some shredded cheddar and/or Monterey Jack cheese, as well as chopped green onions in bowls so each guest can add these to their chili as they wish. A beautiful fruit or green salad (maybe a jicama, avacado and orange salad on a bed of greens with an orange vinaigrette) as well as Cornbread or Mexican Cornbread (the kind with creamed corn or corn and cheddar cheese, and maybe some jalapenos in it) would be nice additional accompaniments. Or, serving it in bread bowls, as Kelly suggested would be really nice too.
