ISO: Chili for dinner club?

Misc.
I'll soon be hosting dinner club for 12 people and would like to serve chili for the main course. We normally do more gourmet type of dishes but since we're all going skating first, I thought chili would be a great meal to come back to. My question is - how can I kick it up a notch and serve it so that it feels more special than just a 'bowl of chili'. Any suggestions such as great chili recipes, what to serve it with and how to present is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
