Last night I fixed a big fresh spinach salad with sliced strawberries and pecans tossed in. For dressing I used apricot preserves, oil and vinegar with a grinding of pepper. Just the right kick. Sometimes I hit, sometimes I miss, this seemed to be a hit with all.
