I too miss the Chicken Tonight simmering sauces and the chicken cacciatore was my favorite. The last time I ever seen them in any store was up until about late 1999. After reading the ingredients that one of the other consumer posted in this list, I found that Prego or Ragu pasta sauce with green peppers and mushrooms is quite comparable.
I actually added a small can of diced tomatoes with sweet onion flavor and it was pretty darn close to the real thing, I hope this helps someone who is also looking for this item.
