Spicy chicken ideas

Monica - You might want to look for some recipes from either Southwestern or Cajun cuisine, which tend to be spicy. If you are more more adventurous, Indian and Thai cuisines are full of spicy chicken stews.

If a recipe includes a spicy sausage (andouille in Cajun and chorizo in Southwestern), you've probably found one that will work (hot italian sausages can be substituted - will change the final taste but still add flavor and heat). You'd be amazed how much flavor and spice they add to the recipe. Search for a chicken jambalaya recipe or a chicken mole (there are both involved and easier recipes for these).

You might want to use the Search feature on this site, and also search on other large cooking sites (or use Google, my favorite web search engine) - you will find many ideas to choose from!
