Hi Debbie, when I cook too much ham, my next several meals are things that I
can freeze. Like, Collard greens with lots of chopped up ham to season. White
Beans (great northerns, or the large lima beans) with ham or the ham bone if
you have one, cooked with lots of green pepper, onion and garlic. Any one of
these with a pan of Jalepeno Cornbread, can make a meal, but if you cook them
all at the same time, you have a southern soul feast!
