We love prosciutto and are always trying new recipes using it- this sounds just yummy. You mentioned that the Chard hadn't yet bolted...all of our cilantro did just that! The second crop of chard has just come in here, as has spinach...so I will try your recipe one day soon. Thanks for sharing!
