Hi Fran - I hope you get a chance to try it! In addition to the abundance of chard, the stuffed steak recipe caught my eye because my father is on a rather strict low cholesterol diet and the recipe doesn't have egg or cheese in the stuffing (usually my favorite parts) but it tasted fabulous in spite of it!

Hope you have a long fall season to enjoy your next crop of chard!!
