Tip: How to make bread rise in bread machine

Dear Cheryl: I have had the same trouble with the boxed mixes. I just use the bread machine yeast instead of theirs. You know there is a date on all the little packets of yeast but i think some get old before their time. Try out that Airy White Bread recipe here on kitchenlink. It's in the A's in the bread machine recipes. It is really and truly airy like they say and you make it from what you have in the kitchen. Just pick up some of the yeast at the store that says bread machine yeast. Mine came in a brown bottle from Red Star. It really is easy. Let kitchenlink know how it turns out for you.
