Tips: Melting Chocolate in a Saucepan

I don't usually use a double boiler. If you use the
disks, or even with the chips, use a heavy
saucepan and very low heat. keep stirring
and you should be just fine for your pretzels.
after I'm done coating pretzels I use the broken
crumby ones and throw them it with the leftover
chocolate in the pan. I them drop them in
lumps (also called clusters) onto waxed paper.
nothing goes to waste and the are just as good.
