Tips: Melting Chocolate in the Oven

Hi, Ginger,

When I melt chocolate for dipped chocolates I do it in the oven. Shave some paraffin into a heavy casserole dish and use semi sweet chocolate. If I use milk chocolate, I warm the oven and then turn it off when I put the chocolate in. Semi-sweet, however, can take the heat when the oven is on the lowest temperature. For either type of chocolate, I stir frequently.
