Roxanna - I'm very sorry to hear that you've lost your mother - please accept my condolences. The holidays won't be the same without her, I'm sure.

Look below in the "What's For Dinner Menus and Recipes" board for the posting by M O'Reilly called "Turkey Lurkey" today (Tuesday, Nov. 6th) - she has given an outstanding basic guide to making a good turkey! Good luck!
