God Bless You, Roxanna

Misc.
Please accept my sincere sympathy at this most difficult time and I send you a hug. Believe me, you will not be "on your own" for this or any other holiday. My dear Mother passed away over twenty years ago and thoughts and wonderful memories of her are with me to this day and especially on holidays. There are wonderful instructions for roasting a turkey on the What's for Dinner Board and it might look like a daunting procedure but really a turkey is easy - just time consuming. I like to use a cooking bag for ease of preparation and clean-up but everyone has their own comfort level and you will develop your favorite method. Just come back here with any questions - everyone will be so willing to help.
