Turkey help

Misc.
Please accept my sincere condolences on the loss of your mom. I'm sure the holiday won't be the same. But she's watching over you and your turkey iwll be special...

Turkey isn't hard- I'm no expert but have been making one every year since I was first married at the age of 19- (now 55)

Just make sure to clean out the inside good and rub with some salt. Pack the dressing loosly in the cavity. I like to put salt and pepper on the skin along with some melted butter.

Then I cover till about an hour or so before dinner and then uncover (if necessary to brown and crisp the skin)

There are alot of recipes here or I would suggest a cookbook - Good Housekeeping-Better Homes and Gardens- or some one that keeps the recipes simple but delicious.

Good Luck and have a great thanksgiving!!
God Bless You!
