Two More Lasagna Recipes

Misc.
My finicky "anti-cottage-cheese" people eat this:

Lasagna

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 can mushrooms
oregano and basil, to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste
8 lasagne noodles, cooked
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 8 oz. tub sour cream
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 large jar spaghetti sauce of your choice

Brown hamburger, onions, and mushrooms. Drain and add seasonings and spaghettti sauce. Mix together sour cream and cream cheese. Layer in a 9x13 in pan 1/2 the noodles, 1/2 the meat mixture, 1/2 the cream cheese mixture and 1/2 the shredded cheeses. Repeat. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 to 35 minutes.
