Ultrex question

Hi,

I enjoyed your lengthy testimonial to Ultrex. I have two saute pans and love them. I have discovered that I need to take food like bacon off the heat before I really think it is done because the heat stays so long and it can get overcooked. Now my dream piece would be a double burner griddle pan for pancakes. I need something very smooth and flat on the bottom as my gas stove has high grates and I have tried other double griddles on the market and they wobble all over the place. Do you know if Ultrex makes one or another manufacturer?
