...this sounds like a good opportunity to experiment! Maybe mix some softened cream cheese with a little sour cream or mayo, and stir i some dressing mix - maybe Italian or Ranch. I've also had cold spaghetti pasta salad dressed with straight Italian dressing from a bottle and mixed with a variety of vegetables such as you might expect in a green salad - it was pretty good that way, too.
