I lived in Bloomington for 30 years until I moved to Texas. The humidity isn't much different here, it is just hotter longer! What town are you from? I taught in Minier for 10 years. Besides Avanti's bread I also miss the Village Inn in Minier. Thanks for the great recipes! Becky
