ISO: Question about Avanti's Bread

Misc.
Verla, Can you please give the directions for making Avanti's Italian Sweet bread by hand? I don't have a bread machine and I was wondering if you could suggest the hand-made way of making the bread. I am an Illinois State University graduate and I have fond memories of Avanti's bread. I would love to make it at home. Thank you.
