Vidalia Onion Vinaigrette Problem...

I have a bottle of vidalia onion vinaigrette. It has been sitting in my refrigerator for a while now. I tried it when we got it and thought it was too sweet but couldn't part with it. I still would love to use it up. Hate to see something sit for so long and not be used. My question...

what can I add (what flavorings, herbs, etc) to make it edible? hot peppers? garlic? herbs? what? I would love to have this stuff eaten by the end of the summer.
