warning: artichokes wrapped in plastic and cooked

Misc.
Just a warning about cooking with plastic wrap directly placed on food. MAKE SURE YOU ARE USING A WRAP THAT IS SPECIFCALLY MADE FOR MICROWAVING.
There are chemicals (and sorry to say, deadly ones at that) that are used in the manufacturing of plastics. Heating just plain ole plastic wrap in the microwave releases those chemicals and you end up eating them in your food.
