the Green and Gold Squash Pie is a favorite of my family. I have made it dozen of times with great success. Make sure you cook all the liquid out of the vegetables so your pie crust wouldn't be soggy. I use more than 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese because we love cheese.
I also let the pie setup for about 15 minutes. It will cut and serve better.
