We had Carrot and Feta Lasagne Sunday

As it was just the children and my self we went totally meatless yesterday,I,ve
been experimenting with veggie lasagnas for a while and the carrot and feta one
I made yesterday went down so well,its really nice and creamy,even my daughter
who is a dedicated carnivore loved it!!!!!!!!I made a side dish of guava salsa
to go with,we have a guava tree in the garden and this year it looks like I,ve
a bumper crop!!!!!I made a simple green salad and a basil beer very quick bread
to have with it,we finished of with some wonderful ripe mango,s which were
lovely and sweet.All in all a simple colourful meal and the kids washed up!!!!!
