What a wonderful Menu dearest Jackie. My challenge will be to adjust it to my very restricted diet.

Even in my faraway land, diet & health products in general are arriving everyday. The main cause of death in Puerto Rico is heart disease. We eat delicious unhealthy food since we are children. Time to adopt a new way of living & eating. New york's Trans Fat prohibition was also adopted here in PR, effective on January the 8th of 2008. Good for the government!!!!!
