Wonderful Salad, Gina!

Gina, This was a lovely dish and we devoured it. WE have a bit of the dressing left, and plan to use it tonight with greens and some strawberries! DH and I are doing a lot of veggie meals right now so we had this with baked potatoes which we topped with a mixture of no fat sour cream, lo fat cottage cheese, fresh chives and a bit of green onion. YUM!
