Wow, don't these recipes look to die for!

I hope you enjoyed them, they look fantastic!

Tomorrow is my boss' 60th b.d., and I made your spicy pumpkin cake, but with Splenda. For the dried fruit, I used some prunes I dried (from my plum tree) from last year.

I hope he likes it...I know he loved the Splenda gingerbread men I made him for X-mas (he is diabetic). Prunes and Splenda...don't think any of the young folks at work will pester him for a slice, ha!

I make it regularly, it is a favourite around my house. Thanks so much for this wonderful recipe!
