If you are interested in trying them, I can recommend Emeril's Spicy Shrimp and Andouille Over Charleston-Style Grits (click here) which I posted here at recipelink a while ago. Of course, you need to like spicy food if you use this recipe. Otherwise, I would suggest either trying them plain or baked with cheese and garlic, or just with cheese. Grits with cheese and jalapenos are also good - again, if you like spicy food.
