Recipe: Basil Parmesan Pizza Crust (bread machine dough cycle)

Recipe can be prepared in all-size machines.
FOR THE PIZZA DOUGH:
1 cup water
2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
3/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups bread flour
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon sweet basil
2 teaspoons Fleischmann's Bread Machine Yeast
FOR THE PIZZA:
1 tablespoon cornmeal
Favorite toppings
BREAD MACHINE DIRECTIONS FOR THE PIZZA DOUGH:
Add water, oil, salt, bread flour, cheese, basil, and yeast to bread machine pan in the order suggested by manufacturer.
Select dough/manual cycle.
When cycle is complete, remove dough from machine to lightly floured surface. If necessary, knead in enough flour to make dough easy to handle.
TO MAKE THE PIZZA:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Grease pizza pan (see Pizza Pan Tip for pan size) and sprinkle with cornmeal.
Roll out dough and place on pan or pat dough in pan. Top with favorite toppings.
Bake at 425 degrees F for 15 to 25 minutes or until edges of crust are golden and cheese is bubbly.
PIZZA PAN TIP:
Bake your pizza in any of the pan sizes listed: Two 12-inch round pans (thin crust), one 14-inch round pan (thick crust), or one 15X10-inch baking sheet (thin crust).
