Hey Debbie,

Just yesterday at Costco's I saw a gorgeous pork loin roast and wondered if I bought it what would I do....now I do after reading your delicious menu!!

I have copied the recipe down and it is now on my fridge door awaiting the pork roast to be bought. I think I will do this on Friday...I will let you know how good it is.
