roast in the crockpot. I've put the Reynolds plastic cooking bag in the crockpot and cut the six slits at the top.

This recipe works really well in the crockpot. I usually cook my pork roast on HIGH for 4-5 hours. I test it with a meat thermometer to make sure that it has reached the correct temperature.
