We have it on our toast in the mornings, then on our sandwiches for lunch, then use it to flavour stews at night, then as a drink (I teas in a cut of boiling water) at night......very salty black stuff...looks like sump oil but tastes outta this world. Haven't met a Japanese that liked it yet.
