Recipe(tried): Chicken Noodle Soup

Here's my chicken broth recipe- all you have to do is remove chicken- debone, return amount you wish and add a package of noodles of choice. Cook noodles until tender. If you want to remove fat make broth the night before- refrigerate over night skim off fat. If you need a small amount of soup freeze the broth for future uses.

CHICKEN BROTH

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
1 whole chicken
1 large onion -- chopped
1 cup celery -- chopped
1/4 cup parsley -- chopped
2 carrots -- sliced
2 bay leaves
salt
pepper
creole seasoning
2 cups dry white wine
water

Place all ingredients in large stock pot.
Add water to fill pot.
Simmer until chicken is falling off the bone.About 2 hours.
After chicken is removed add water and simmer 1/2 hour.
Remove bay leaves before serving.

NOTES : * FREEZES WELL. KEEP A FEW CONTAINERS IN THE FREEZER FOR QUICK SOUPS.
