Husbands's Birthday Neec Ideas!!!

My Husband's birthday is coming up next week. ( This is our first together) I want to make hime something really special for dinner. I need ideas!! He'll eat anything ( except beets ) I was looking for a really special beef or chicken meal that takes more than the usual prep.
