Recipe(tried): Using ham with pineapple

Here is another suggestion on how to use pineapple with hams.

Remove the ham from the oven about 3/4 of an hour before it is done. Then take
off the rind. Rub the fat with a little dry mustard and brown sugar and baste
with pineapple juice. Cook for 1/2 hour. Arrange pineapple rings on ham and
brush with honey. Return the ham to the oven again increase the temperature to
450 degrees and cook until pineapple is glazed.
