Recipe: Barbecued Ham Steak (Heinz Ketchup recipe, 1990's)

BARBECUED HAM STEAK

I cup Heinz Tomato Ketchup
2 tablespoons honey
4 teaspoons Heinz Vinegar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1 ham slice (about 1 1/4 pounds)

For sauce, combine first 6 ingredients in small bowl.

Grill or broil ham slice until heated and browned, turning and brushing with sauce.

Heat remaining sauce and serve with the ham.

Makes 4 servings (about 1 1/4 cups sauce)
