Title: Pop's Macaroni Salad

Yield: 10 servings
1 pk Macaroni, 12-16 oz
Water
1 1/2 c Miracle Whip or mayonnaise
1 c Celery, finely chopped
1/2 c Carrots, finely chopped
2 Eggs, hard cooked
1/3 c Onion, finely chopped
3 tb Sweet pickle relish
1 ts Dry mustard
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
2 tb McCormick Pasta Supreme
-Seasoning, divided
Make this dish low fat by substituting a low-fat or non-fat dressing for
part or all of the mayonnaise.
1. Use a colorful pasta such as a tri-color rotini or similar.
2. Prepare pasta in sufficient water according to directions. Drain well
and cool with cold water. Mix in a little oil or non-fat dressing and set
aside to cool to about room temperature.
3. Combine remaining ingredients (reserve about half the salad seasoning)
with cooked macaroni and toss lightly. Sprinkle remainder of the salad
seasoning on top.
Chill before serving.
