Recipe(tried): Veggie Macaroni Salad

Salads - Potato, Pasta
vvEveryone raves about this macaroni salad everywhere I take it and they all want the recipe. Its very simple but wonderful, the dressing makes it different.

1 Lb. macaroni, cooked, drained and cooled
l large green pepper chopped
1 onion chopped
4 shredded carrots

Dressing
1 can Eagle Brand Sweet Condensed Milk
3/4 C. vinegar
l/2 C. sugar
2 C. Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
1 tsp salt
l/4 tsp. pepper

Add vegetables to cooled macaroni and mix well.
Prepare dressing and mix well with the macaroni and veggies. Chill at least 4 hours (I think the flavor is better if you make a day ahead of serving) Makes l0 large servings
