ISO: Salmon Wellington with Shrimp Mousse

Misc.
I am looking for a recipe for Salmon Wellington with Shrimp Mousse (mainly just the shrimp mousse part). The version in a recent restaurant had shrimp mousse encased in the puff pastry with the salmon. It was soft and warm and absolutely delicious. Anyone?
