Recipe(tried): Crawfish Jamabalaya (rice cooker)

Main Dishes - Rice, Grains, Pasta
Crawfish Jamabalaya

1 can beef broth
1 large onion, chopped
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, diced
1 can sliced or chopped mushrooms
1 pound crawfish tails
1 stick butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Tony's seasoning
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups rice (raw)

Using a rice cooker, combine all ingredients, blending well. Do not add water. Cook as you would rice, until bell rings. Enjoy!!
