seems like you have quite a challenge on your hands. I'm posting a recipe that is very basic. Will he eat anything fixed with cream of mushroom soup in it? Maybe don't tell him? I have a son who doesn't like mushrooms, but he likes this meat dish. I fix it when I have no time/energy to cook since I'm disabled now. Delicious with good ol' mashed potatoes, too!

Creamy Mushroom Steak
3 lbs. round steak, trimmed of fat & cut into strips
seasoned salt
garlic powder
paprika & pepper
2 cans cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)

Season steak strips lightly with the seasoned salt, garlic powder, paprika & pepper. Place in crock-pot. Spread the cream of mushroom soup over the top. Cover & cook on low 10 hrs (or high 5 hrs).

**if he won't even accept the cream of mushroom soup, try cream of potato & about a Tbsp. of Worcestershire sauce.
