Recipe(tried): Hot Dish (ground meat, rice)

Main Dishes - Casseroles
HOT DISH

1 pound ground beef (or for a healthier hot dish substitue ground beef with ground turkey :)!!!)
1 (10 3/4 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 3/4 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup uncooked rice
OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS:
chopped onions
mushrooms
seasoning

In a skillet, brown ground beef (or turkey), drain and place meat in a casserole dish.

Add soup, fill each soup can with water and pour into cassorole dish. Add rice and optional ingredients. Stir to combine.

Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.

For a larger group just double everything
