ISO: Mccalls Borsch

Misc.
Looking for a Borsch recipe that was in a MCCALLS magazine around 1975-85. It was a 1 pot meal cooked in a dutch oven. It was a step by step picture recipe. It contained celery, beef short ribs carrots, cabbage, tomato paste, vinegar, sugar, beets.
