Recipe(tried): Pizza Burgers

Hi Susan! What a coincidence - I made pizzaburgers for dinner tonight! I browned 1 lb hamburger and drained. Then added about 8 oz of Spam, chopped well, along with 14oz of Ragu Pizza Quick Sauce and some mozzarella cheese
(about 1/2 cup)I added some garlic powder and onion powder and Italian Seasoning for extra flavor. Cook until cheese melts - spread on hamburger bun 1/2's. I sprinkle a little more cheese on top and bake at 350 for about 10 minutes. Makes about 20. I usually serve with a green salad and chips - an easy dinner that the kids always eat!
