ISO: Zucchini (or any squash) Chips

Misc.

Mary Ann,

I, too, recently purchased a dehydrator and love it! I've had a bit of success making Zucchini or Squash Chips (slicing, sprinkling with garlic powder, onion powder, onion salt, or any number of other spices) and drying until they're crisp. I've looked for reciepes, hints, or anything concerning dehydrating, but have come up almost empty. Do you know of any sites? I don't know if dehydrating is not popular (though after doing it, I don't see why it wouldn't be), different and therefore not persued, or just not written about. It's good to know other dehydrator fans!
