Recipe: Beef Tips in the Crock Pot (using condensed soup and onion soup mix)

Main Dishes - Beef and Other Meats
BEEF TIPS IN THE CROCK POT

1 1/2 to 2 lbs. beef tips or stew meat
1 envelope Lipton onion soup
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed golden mushroom soup
1/2 cup red wine
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
Hot cooked rice or noodles (for serving)

Mix all the ingredients, except rice or noodles, together in crock pot.

Cover crock pot and cook on low setting for 6-8 hours or until meat is tender.

Serve over rice or noodles.
