Recipe: Lobster Sandwich (like McDonald`s)

McDonald`s Lobster Sandwich Recipe

1/2 cup cooked lobster meat
1/2 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 pinch salt
1 lettuce leaf
1 small hoagie roll

Mix together lobster, mayonnaise and salt.

Slice hoagie roll length wise, and spread the lettuce leaf on the bottom half.

Spread lobster over lettuce. Top off sandwich with top half of the roll.
