Recipe(tried): Seafood Monterey - I will just provide you with the idea
Main Dishes - Fish, ShellfishCARY:
Good afternoon. The dish you have described is known as "SEAFOOD MONTEREY" here in Las Vegas, NV. Very popular.
Cary all you need to do is if you do not have a New England clam chowder recipe (click here) . Just make the white sauce slightly thicker (WITH ROUX) Then while cooking the recipe insert the seafood that you like, remember Cary seafood doesn't take very long to cook only about 5 to 8, minutes. Include celery stalks cut to about 1 to 1 1/2-inches long cut on the diagonal. Of course season to taste only at the very very end of cooking. I know you can do this. I just made it very simple for you.
Good luck to you & enjoy the rest of the day.
